WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
The work is demanding, challenging yet highly rewarding. The team works on high-value catastrophic EL/PL cases as well as RTA matters. Furthermore, they advise a very broad client base from insurance companies, self-insured businesses as well as central and local government.
The successful candidate can expect genuine client-exposure: on cases of this severity, our client has developed a team which forges very close working relationships with the client especially with public sector clients. The team regards these relationships as vital and are looking for who are excellent team players and relationship managers.
The team has a highly professional, yet relaxed culture. Our client is looking for technical excellence, yet also the ability to be commercial and seek the best solution in often challenging circumstances. Fee earners must also have the ability to demonstrate empathy but be firm when required.
A defendant background would help, but it should be stressed, claimant candidates are also being considered for this role.
