Health, both mental and physical, is a crucial consideration in our everyday lives. But fitting in your daily dose of exercise can de difficult, especially when balancing it with the demands of a busy job. That’s why Bydand Group has teamed up with Manchester Young Professionals to offer a series of events aimed at busy professionals in Manchester city centre.
The benefits of exercise, especially for those of us who spend most days desk-bound are many and varied. Regular physical activity not only helps to control one’s weight, whilst helping to combat health conditions, but also boosts one’s mood and energy levels. It also encourages better sleep patterns which enables the body to be better rested.

However, though the benefits of exercise are well known and regularly publicised, cramming it into one’s daily routine is earlier said than done. With that in mind, Bydand Group has partnered with MYP to offer a series of events aimed at busy professional in Manchester city centre.
The five events are spread out across July and August 2019, starting on Wednesday 3 July at 6.15pm. They consist of a two circuit classes with M3 Perform and two pilates-physio classes led by WildCorePhysio. For those early birds, there will also be a chance to attend the Rise & Shine Yoga & Breakfast at Foodwell.
